Tyler & Samantha Wedding Day | Creamery 201 Fort Atkinson, WI
I remember meeting Tyler + Samantha at their friends’ wedding in 2020, at the same venue. We chatted it up on the dance floor and I had a great feeling + connection from being around them for most of the day. Fast forward to their name popping up in the inbox as they started planning their own wedding. When I get to reconnect with past wedding guests + family + wedding party and be part of their day it really makes this job of mine come full circle.
It was very important to Tyler + Samantha that they could be present and part of their whole day. That is why they thought a first look would fix perfectly to make sure things flowed how they wanted it to. It was an extra bonus that Tyler surprised his bride by having their two pups be part of the reveal as well.
It may have not felt like a typically Wisconsin May day, with a warm 80 degrees, but finding a tree in full bloom for sunset photos was the perfect way to wrap up the day. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed being part of this milestone in Tyler + Samantha’s lives. Cheers to forever + always!
What is your most valuable piece of advice you can share with future couples’ wedding planning?
“Communicate and don’t procrastinate. When we booked our venue we had 18 months until our wedding day. Now we are 30 days out and have no idea where the time went. Communication is important, a lot of decisions need to be made and it’s both your days so it’s important to incorporate things you both want.”
